Abstract Background The purpose of this study was to use the MTT test assess cytotoxic effects different extracts Convolvulus pluricaulis leaves in vitro . leaf ethanolic extract has been demonstrated trigger apoptosis on HepG2 cancer cell lines, implying anti-cancer activity. Methods cells were grown culture DMEM and incubated with concentrations plant extracts.
